Who am I?

Hi, I’m Miranda Bertrand, the 20-year-old owner and founder of Beauty From the Ashes Cleaning. Born and raised in Vermont.

This business is about much more than cleaning for me. The name Beauty From the Ashes was inspired by Isaiah 61:3 and by something I’ve experienced personally — going through difficult seasons, having to start over, and learning that something beautiful can still come from what once felt broken or hopeless.

I’ve been through a lot in my life, and those experiences have taught me resilience, compassion, patience, and what it truly means to rebuild. I know what it’s like to look at something that feels overwhelming and wonder how you’re ever going to make it beautiful again. I also know that, with time, care, and a little hard work, beauty can come from the ashes.

That’s the heart behind my business.

I believe a clean space can be more than just a clean space. It can be a fresh start. It can bring peace to someone who feels overwhelmed, comfort to someone going through a difficult season, or simply give someone the feeling of coming home to a place they can breathe in.

As a small, locally owned business, I personally care about every client and every space I work in. I believe in being trustworthy, dependable, respectful, and putting genuine care into what I do. My goal is not simply to clean your home, but to leave it feeling refreshed, cared for, and beautiful.
